Fuimaono Sefo J. Ainu'u
Principal | Managing Partner LLB, PDLP, PDLD
With more than thirteen years of experience as a Barrister and Solicitor, Sefo brings the highest caliber of experience to Bold Law.
Sefo has been with the Office of the Attorney General (Samoa) for the past decade working on range of responsibilities. This includes high-level civil litigation for the government, advisory and policy work, commercial and international work, and legislative drafting, and more.
Sefo was the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Litigation and Opinion of the Office prior to resigning, in order to pursue and establish Bold Law with the aim of supporting the development of Samoa from the private sector.
